Chong Ken Yung, Adrian

He is a graduate of University of Cardiff University, UK and holds an LL.B. (Hons.) Degree. He was admitted as a Barrister at Law to the England and Wales Bar in October 2022. Subsequently, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at Kota Kinabalu in April 2023.

Following his return from the UK in 2022, he embarked on his pupilage at Messrs. NG & Co, working under the direct supervision and mentorship of Mdm. Sucy Ng. During this period, he gained comprehensive exposure to a diverse range of civil litigation matters, inter alia debt recovery, civil appeals, injunction, enforcement of judgment etc. and constitutional laws.

After being admitted to the local bar of Sabah and Sarawak in 2023, he continued his tenure at Messrs. NG & Co, further contributing to the firm’s legacy of legal excellence.

As A Solicitor & Advocate

Throughout his chambering at the Firm, he garnered a diverse range of experience within civil litigation, with a particular focus on matters and areas such as debt recovery, construction and property management disputes. This involved attending in court trials at both lower and higher courts and managing interlocutory matters inter alia specific relief for injunctive matters.

He remains dedicated to his professional development by actively engaging in ongoing legal education. He actively participates in training courses and seminars offered by the Sabah Law Society and other esteemed institutions.
